Driving Directions:
The Florida Aquarium is at 701 Channelside Drive
in Tampa (formerly 13th Street).
FROM PINELLAS: Take I-275 (north)
and exit at the Scott Street exit (Exit 25). Take
a right on Jefferson, a left on Twiggs and turn right
on Channelside Drive.
FROM NORTH TAMPA: From I-275
(south) take the Jefferson Street exit (Exit 26),
take a left on Twiggs and turn right on Channelside
Drive.
FROM I-4: westbound take
downtown east (22nd & 21st Street) exit 1
Continue straight on 21st to Hwy. 60 also Adamo
Dr.
Right on to Hwy 60
Left on Channelside Dr.
Left on York Street to Aquarium parking
FROM SARASOTA: I-75 (north)
to exit 50 (Crosstown Expressway -- westbound) to
Kennedy Blvd. (Exit 8) proceed straight to Jefferson
and take a right turn to Twiggs. Make another right
on Channelside Drive.
Hours of Operation:
Regular hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Closed
Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Call (813) 273-4000

events.
Parking:
Please use the Port Authority 's garage parking during
construction of Aquarium parking lot: members are
free during Aquarium hours.
Description and Activities:
Encounter over 10,000 aquatic plants and animals,from
huge sharks to playful river otters.
