Driving Directions
Peacock Springs is located 17 miles SW of Live Oak on SR 51, two miles east of Luraville on 180 ST.

Hours of Operation
Florida state parks are open from 8 a.m. until sundown 365 days a year.

Park Fees
Park entrance fees per vehicle are $2.00 for up to 8 people in vehicle. Pedestrians and bicyclists entering the park, $1.00 per person. Daily Scuba diving fee is $5.00 per person.

Peacock Springs State Park is an outstanding natural ecosystem containing elements of statewide and national significance. Excellent examples of surface and subsurface karst limestone features, including two major springs, a major spring run, six sinkholes and numerous small sinks and depressions, can be found in the 288-acre recreation area.

Picnicking, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, and Swimming

Picnicking
Picnicking Peacock Springs has two picnic areas with grills and tables.

Scuba Diving
Scuba diving for open water divers is available in Orange Grove Sink and in Peacock #2. Cavern and cave diving is available in Orange Grove and Peacock Springs.

Swimming
Swimming is limited to Peacock Springs and Orange Grove Sink dependent on the seasonal water levels. Visitors may swim and dive at their own risk. There are no lifeguards.
